What you can do over WhatsApp

  • Track an order — send us your order number and we'll tell you where the parcel is.
  • Request a book we don't stock — send the title and author. We can often source out-of-print, imported and rare titles that aren't on the public catalogue. You can also use our book request page.
  • Place an order directly — if you'd rather not use the checkout, send us the titles and a delivery address.
  • Start a return — send your order number and the reason within 7 days of delivery.

Response times

WhatsApp messages sent during support hours are usually answered the same day. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning. Contact-form enquiries are answered within 24 hours.

Before you message us

Most questions are already answered on our FAQs page — delivery times, cash on delivery, returns, whether our books are original prints, and bulk orders. It's usually faster than waiting for a reply.

Delivery and payment at a glance

  • Delivery: 3–5 business days nationwide. Karachi and Lahore are often faster; remote areas can take up to 7 days.
  • Delivery charges: free on orders over Rs. 3,000. Flat Rs. 199 below that, anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and credit or debit card.
  • Returns: 7 days from delivery if the book is damaged or not as described.
